blu Gruppe is a holding company and holds a significant share of its subsidiary enterprises (at least 25% in each enterprise). These subsidiaries focus on specialist corporate functions within large and medium sized companies. Cooperation between our subsidiary enterprises is integral to blu Gruppe activities.
